Yoga/Pilates Fusion

Join me for my 20+ year Signature class!                   

Keeping our joints mobile makes us feel more able.  Both Yoga and Pilates use little equipment but improve posture, balance, muscular endurance, and core strength. This is a beginner level yoga and pilates practice that is very accessible and restorative.

It's the 'Fusion of Youth',... if you will!

Access to 3 classes/ week*. Recommended Equipment:

  • Support Yoga Blocks
  • Flex bands (light & medium)
  • light weights
